*We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who has a proven track record of successfully bringing new clients into a business and expanding market reach. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients.
*Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand business within existing accounts.
* Maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities by utilizing market research, networking, and prospecting skills.
* Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and cultivate potential client relationships.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring a smooth transition and high level of client satisfaction.
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, specifically within the staffing industry.
* Demonstrated ability to bring in new business and meet or exceed sales targets.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
