In this position, you will have broad exposure to several Human Resources areas, including recruiting, benefits, employee relations, and more. Your work will involve providing administrative support to these areas, which requires a high level of confidentiality and adaptability. As you learn the processes of the office, you will also have the opportunity to provide recommendations and updates to our procedures. This position is located in our corporate office in South Sioux City, Nebraska, and supports nearly 1,000 employees across the United States.
Ensure HR compliance by conducting weekly, quarterly, and annual audit.
*Maintain employee records in appropriate HRIS systems and databases.
*Assist with employee relocation to ease transition.
*Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment
*College degree or three years of previous work experience in an office environment.
*HR experience and working knowledge of an HRIS system is a plus, but not required.
*Computer proficiency, specifically with the Microsoft Office Suite.
