$Moses Lake Community Health Center is seeking an energetic, experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team The Human Resources Manager will lead and direct the routine day-to-day functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leaves, and HRIS. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining HR processes, procedures, job descriptions, and policies to ensure alignment and efficiency. The expectation is to build close partnerships with our leaders and provide exceptional service to the people of the Moses Lake Community Health Center.
Ensure HR administrative processes meet the needs of the department and MLCHC staff.
Manage the Full Cycle Recruitment program.
Handle HR improvement projects.
Manage the credentialing and privileging of licensed practitioners and clinical staff.
Create and manage the MLCHC retention program.
Oversee staff training and tracking programs.
Engage in ongoing communication with staff, valuing their input and feedback.
Participate in recruitment, hiring, and performance evaluation processes.
Support and adhere to the MLCHC mission, vision, and policies.
Communicate strategic goals to staff.
Manage department expenses efficiently.
Participate in Quality Improvement efforts.
Advanced level general skills, including communication, computational, and mathematical knowledge acquired through a Bachelor's Degree program.
At least 5 years of Human Resources experience in a Healthcare setting is preferred.
Proficient in using systems software for job responsibilities.
