Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company objectives and legal requirements.
Conduct orientations for new employees, ensuring they are familiar with company policies, benefits, and culture.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and foster career growth.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to assess workforce trends and identify areas for improvement.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs or employee engagement initiatives.
Location: Chantilly, VA.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent in related work experience
4 - 5 years of experience in Human Resources field
Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience in Human Resources and Payroll platforms
Good written and verbal communications skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
