Justworks is looking for a Senior Account Executive who isn't just looking for a job - they're looking to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. This role is for a seasoned professional who understands the modern SaaS sales cycle and has a deep, innate knowledge of the PEO space, likely coming from a competitor. This isn't a ramp-up role; this is a "slide in and close" opportunity. Your Mission Your primary mission is to expand our user base and drive significant growth. You'll be the face of Justworks, building trust with business owners and evangelizing our product suite in the small business world. Your success is measured by your ability to manage your own book of business, build and manage a complete end-to-end sales pipeline, and consistently exceed your quotas. What You Will Work On Own the Pipeline: From prospecting to close, you'll manage all activities required to win. Hunt for New Business: Proactively prospect for new business through market research, sales tools, and cold outreach. Leverage Your Network: Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, especially brokers. We're looking for someone who can leverage a pre-existing rolodex of relationships to generate leads in addition to traditional cold methods. Be a PEO Expert: You will be an ambassador for Justworks and its solutions, gaining an intimate and comprehensive knowledge of our product suite to effectively communicate its value proposition to potential customers. Advocate for the Customer: Be the voice of our future customers, suggesting innovative ideas to improve the customer experience and advocating for product development internally. Expand Your Territory: Research and establish a dominant presence in your assigned territory, developing a strategic plan to connect with the entrepreneurial community. How You Will Do Your Work As a Senior Account Executive, results are paramount for your success and ultimately result in our success as an organization. Foundational sales knowledge – prospecting, cold calling, nurturing, engaging, presenting, negotiating, closing, and product knowledge. Results‑driven – consistently achieves results, even under difficult circumstances. Clear communication – articulate oral, written, visual, and non‑verbal communication skills and listening. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years experience in an Account Executive position managing a complete and consultative sales cycle and closing is required. Experience in Lead generation for B2B in a high‑velocity setting (e.g., SaaS, PEO, Fintech). Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and/or ZoomInfo are required. Experience with Outreach.io and/or HubSpot, in addition to 6Sense and/or Hoovers/D&B, is a plus. Cold‑calling experience is required. Hunter mentality, dedicated to grabbing new prospects, netting new logos, closing deals, and delivering immediate results. Established ecosystem relationships with Broker & Accountant Channel partners. Passionate about sales and relationship‑focused customer engagements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to listen. Ability to simplify complicated topics and explain them in terms people can easily understand. Able to apply creative solutions to a variety of issues in a fast‑paced environment. Enjoy entrepreneurial environments and opportunity to build something meaningful. Occasional travel (25%) includes networking events, trade shows, and local client meetings. This position is paid a base wage plus incentive compensation. The base wage range for this position is $97,650.00 in our Colorado offices, and competitive On‑Target Earnings inclusive of incentive compensation of $247,650.00. Final offers may vary. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed, and earning is subject to plan terms and conditions. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and location.
