We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in recruitment, with opportunities for growth and development within the iR organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, career fairs) to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

Screening and Interviewing:

  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Candidate Management:

  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates on their application status and next steps.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Provide support in developing job descriptions and posting job ads.

Employer Branding:

  • Assist in promoting the company’s employer brand through social media and other marketing channels.
  • Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to attract potential candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (internship experience is acceptable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
