Position Overview


As a Level 1 Help Desk Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance. Based in our office, you’ll work in a collaborative and supportive environment where you can grow your skills and make a meaningful impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls from our clients needing support
  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote tools.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Document support requests, solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist with workstation setups, user account management, and basic maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related technical role is required.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Previous IT experience or relevant coursework is a plus but not required.
