Role Objective:

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and cultivating a positive organizational culture. Your leadership will ensure that our HR strategies, policies, and practices are aligned with our mission and values, fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and procedures that reflect our mission and values.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top-tier talent who are passionate about making a difference.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and professional development programs to empower our team.
  • Foster a supportive work environment that encourages employee engagement and collaboration.
  • Address employee relations matters with a focus on resolution and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and uphold the highest ethical standards.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation systems to reward excellence.
  • Coordinate disciplinary actions, terminations, and exit procedures with compassion and professionalism.
  • Provide HR guidance to leadership and contribute to the firm's growth and development.
  • Monitor HR metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment for the diverse cultures and nationalities of our staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with integrity.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SHRM certification is a plus.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
