Job Summary:

The Human Resources Director will oversee the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources Department, ensuring efficient coordination and implementation of administrative activities related to personnel management strategies. This role will drive organizational success, establish performance results, and develop a high-functioning human resources and recruiting team.

This position requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, problem-solve, and diplomatically handle escalations and conflict resolution. The ideal candidate will have a self-driven attitude, strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, and experience with HRIS Applicant Tracking Systems.

The Human Resources Director will partner with the leadership team to develop and implement the organization's human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

This role will also manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for executive, managerial, and professional level roles.

The Human Resources Director will ensure organizational policies and practices are in compliance with applicable state, federal, and local employment laws and regulations.

This position requires a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks and delegate as needed, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related degree, and a minimum of five years of human resource management experience within a healthcare organization.

This role will also oversee the organization's HRIS system and all HR processes, ensuring they are compliant with all regulatory standards.

The Human Resources Director will maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

This position requires a valid driver's license and 30% travel is required.

Essential Functions:

This position requires frequent sitting, hearing, and talking to interpret job functions, and frequent visual ability to judge distance and space and clarity up to 20 ft.

This role will also require occasional lifting, pulling, or pushing objects up to 25 lbs. in all directions with a maximum lifting of 50 lbs.

Working Conditions:

This position will work in a temperature-controlled environment with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures to include humidity.

This role may also be exposed to fumes, grease, or oil and may experience minimal poor ventilation or air circulation.

Mental/Emotional:

This position requires frequent meeting deadlines, working with changing priorities, and assessing the accuracy and completeness of work on a regular basis.

This role will also require frequent use of logic to analyze and problem-solve difficult situations and communicate to express or exchange ideas using proper English grammar and spelling.

This position requires frequent utilization of complex math and reasoning skills for budgeting, analysis, and risk assessment.
