Healthcare Recruiter

United Staffing Solutions is a well-established Staffing agency entering a rapid growth stage and seeks to add determined, and creative Recruiters to their Healthcare team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter would be responsible for recruiting Nurses, LPNs, CNAs, lab techs, and other healthcare professionals. We are seeking junior, mid-level, and experienced candidates. We are willing to train candidates with minimal recruiting or healthcare experience.
Generous compensation package based on experience and qualifications includes base pay up to $45k and uncapped commission for placements from day one. This is a fully in-office position at our convenient Midtown Manhattan location between Grand Central and Penn Station.
Responsibilities for the Recruiter Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Full-cycle Recruitment
- Recruiting for various healthcare positions in NY and NJ
- Sourcing, screening and writing ads, scheduling, interviewing, write ups, follow up, etc.
