Develop metrics for measuring recruitment efforts and effectiveness.

Promote diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process.
Participate in the System-Wide Recruitment Council.

Qualifications:

Must hold a current certification or credential in talent acquisition.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of two years' experience in implementing recruitment programs, utilizing the latest technology and market data for recruiting in a healthcare setting, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and related experience.
Proven ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team.
Proficiency with job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed).
Experience with recruitment software and analytics tools (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle).
