Role Description
This is a full-time Associate Recruiter role based in Inwood, NY. As an Associate Recruiter, you will be responsible for screening and selecting candidates for various positions within Discovery ABA. You will develop and maintain relationships with candidates, schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and provide support to the recruiting team.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is a plus
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
