Job Description: Marketing/Digital Marketing Manager
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing/Digital Marketing Manager to lead and oversee our marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and grow revenue. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both traditional and digital marketing channels, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify target markets, customer personas, and opportunities for growth.
• Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively.
2. Digital Marketing:
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to improve performance.
• Oversee the creation and optimization of content for digital channels, including blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media platforms.
3. Brand Management:
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external agencies to develop creative assets.
4. Content Creation and Strategy:
• Develop and manage content calendars to ensure timely and relevant content.
• Create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends to create innovative and engaging campaigns.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI.
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
• Stay informed about competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
6. Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM systems).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in construction, home improvement, or related industries is a plus.
