Job Description

  • This position will be assisting the Operations Manager with all clerical tasks.
  • Daily responsibilities will include filing, scanning, invoicing, order entry, etc.
  • This person will handle the majority of incoming calls and check-in incoming deliveries.
  • Additional administrative duties as needed.
  • This is a contract-to-hire position.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Office support experience with a variety of computer programs helpful.
  • MS Office knowledge, Word, Excel, Outlook, basic PowerPoint skills.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service skills.
