Job Description: 

 

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by generating and nurturing leads, building strong relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, engage with prospects, and provide them with the information they need to make informed decisions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a desire to be a part of a dynamic and growing organization. 

 

Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Driving physician adoption of OSRX compounded formulations  
  • Generating demand through proactive calling, prospecting, and appointment scheduling.  
  • Educating providers and staff on the benefits of our formulations.  
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of our formulations.  
  • Setting qualified appointments in the assigned territory.  
  • Providing healthcare providers with information promoting OSRX solutions.  
  • Communicating the value proposition to align with customer needs.  
  • Organizing daily sales activities to maximize objectives. 
  • Conducting a high volume of outreach via phone and email. 
  • Answer incoming calls, chats, and emails. 
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience. 
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions. 
  • Work with manager/trainer to leverage marketing materials. 

 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). 
  • Proven inside sales experience or related sales experience. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. 
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills. 
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow. 
  • Alignment of all job responsibilities with the organization's core values, mission, and purpose
