The responsibilities include:

  • Manage the complete Human Resources function for the company.
  • Work closely with department managers and assisting them in recruiting
  • Create policies and procedures that will enable employees to work at an optimal level while in compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Maintain compliance for all reequipments.
  • Coordinate all internal benefits working with all outside parties to insure that employees within the company are knowledgeable and participate in the benefits programs.
  • Act as key point person during open enrollment and assist employees with any issues
  • Review all payroll reports. Including PTO, sick time, and timecard issues.
  • Onboard employees and partner with Managers to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Manage Workers Comp, FLMA, and Short-Term Disability programs
  • Create a safety-first environment keeping employees up to date on the latest requirements.
  • Comfortable presenting all data to all levels of associates, peers, and the management team.
  • Provide employees with timely coaching, counseling, and feedback.
