Our client is a well established non-profit organization that has been providing healthcare services for over 50 years. They are actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team for a contract-to-hire role. This position operates onsite full time in New Brunswick, NJ.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and maintain records of business transactions and office activities of performing variety of administrative duties and utilize knowledge of systems or procedures.
  • Answer phones.
  • Type correspondence, reports, memorandums, presentations, statistics, etc., as needed.
  • Open, review and distribute mail to the department.
  • Prepare outgoing mail distribution, handle routine correspondence.
  • Maintain time records, track vacation and sick time, resolve payroll issues in the department.
  • Produce check requests for all invoices to vendors.
  • Travel arrangements.
  • Review and maintain spreadsheet of expense reports for all Account Managers.
  • Process confidential incentive bonus forms for Account Managers.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of medical receptionist/admin experience
  • HS diploma/GED
  • Valid driver's license
