Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in evaluating and optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes, coupled with technical proficiency to assess the current ERP landscape and provide strategic guidance to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.


Responsibilities:

ERP Assessment:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of the existing ERP system, with a primary focus on SAP modules.
  • Analyze business requirements, system functionalities, and data integrity to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights into user experiences, pain points, and future business needs.


Strategic Guidance:

  • Develop strategic recommendations and roadmaps to optimize the ERP ecosystem, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP configuration, customization, and integration strategies to maximize system capabilities and enhance business processes.
  • Advise stakeholders on technology investments, upgrades, and enhancements to drive innovation and competitive advantage.


Change Management:

  • Facilitate change management processes by communicating proposed ERP enhancements, benefits, and impacts to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop training materials, conduct user workshops, and support organizational readiness for ERP initiatives.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to extract meaningful insights from ERP systems, enabling informed decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Design and generate custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track key metrics, trends, and performance indicators across various business functions.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline business processes, enhance system usability, and drive operational excellence.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and SAP updates to recommend innovative solutions and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, specializing in ERP assessment and optimization, with a minimum of X years in SAP environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP modules, configurations, and integration methodologies, preferably across multiple SAP solutions (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Business Suite).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, technical teams, and end-users.
  • Certification(s) in SAP or relevant business analysis frameworks (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and ERP implementation lifecycles is desirable.
