Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager:

  • Collaborate with commercial and operational teams on product development and pricing strategies throughout the entire development and commercialization lifecycle.
  • Enhance pricing optimization and customer profitability initiatives through model development and refinement.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of business drivers; advocate for profit-maximizing initiatives while providing analytical support to key stakeholders.
  • Establish metrics and deliver actionable insights regarding performance across sales and operational functions.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of budgeting, financial forecasting, and operational planning tools.
  • Foster strong relationships and promote a collaborative workload sharing approach within the finance team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis.
  • Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing sector is essential.
  • Proven ability to develop and refine pricing and profitability analysis models.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is necessary.
  • A high degree of intellectual curiosity and commercial insight is expected.

Compensation: Competitive salary range of $150K - $200K.
