Job Title: Senior Executive Assistant
Location: Washington, DC
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with a passion for driving excellence at the executive level? Our client, a highly regarded organization in Washington, DC, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a high-level executive. In this role, you will be pivotal in optimizing the executive’s time, managing day-to-day operations, and facilitating high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and administrative support to the executive, ensuring seamless workflow and time management
- Oversee scheduling, travel arrangements, and event coordination to support executive priorities
- Facilitate communication and act as a liaison between the executive, internal departments, and external partners
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively handle day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in executive management, preferably at a high-level or C-suite support capacity
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with relevant software, including MS Office and project management tools
