Senior Manager, Revenue Operations - Public Sector Technology
Hybrid work model, must be commutable to Central CT

We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding Public Sector technology organization. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in government contracts and revenue operations to lead strategic initiatives and optimize revenue functions across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue operations strategies to drive growth and support scalability
  • Oversee contract management processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
  • Build and maintain complex financial models and projections using advanced Excel techniques
  • Optimize the use of Salesforce CRM to enhance sales operations and ensure data integrity
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to streamline contract management and prevent revenue loss
  • Provide leadership with data-driven insights to guide key strategic decisions
  • Lead cross-departmental initiatives to improve revenue operations systems and processes

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Extensive understanding of government contracting requirements and compliance
  • Advanced Salesforce administration and customization skills
  • Expertise in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Public Sector technology or SaaS for government clients
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition for software and services
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
