Human Resources Information System Specialist

A retail client with 14,000 employees across the U.S. and U.K. are embarking on an exciting Workday implementation journey, going live in April 2025 We’re looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to be part of our dynamic, friendly, and collaborative HRIS team.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Workday go-live by managing data loads, EIBs, and ensuring system readiness.
- Focus on stabilizing and enhancing the Workday HCM suite post-go-live.
- Contribute to Phase 2 of the implementation, including Recruiting and Talent modules.
- Take ownership of Reporting & Analytics, developing dashboards and leveraging Workday reporting tools (PRISM is a nice-to-have).
- Engage stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide configuration solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3+ years of Workday experience (Reporting expertise is a big plus).
- Ideally, experience with Recruiting, Talent, and Performance modules.
- A team player with a positive attitude, ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact.
