Key Position Responsibilities

As an ABL Account Executive, you will:

·        Manage a portfolio of ABL loans, across various industries and regions, with structures including accounts receivable, inventory, machinery and equipment real estate and certain stretch components.

·        Prepare and underwrite annual account reviews, in addition to credit approval memorandums for amendments, waivers, modifications, facility extensions and consents.

·        Maintain financial spreads, projections, and models.

·        Monitor, calculate and confirm Borrower covenant compliance.

·        Review and negotiate legal documentation.

·        Approve and facilitate daily advance requests.

·        Work closely with senior and portfolio management officers, operations, collateral analyst, and accounting teams to effectively and efficiently service clients.

·        Review and react to field exam and appraisal results.

·        Prepare for and participate in monthly portfolio trend meetings.

·        Compile monthly and quarterly portfolio performance and compliance reports.

·        Interface with third party field examiners, accountants, consultants, appraisers, and lawyers.

·        Assist and lead with problem loan workout situations.

·        Meet with clients on a routine basis.

·        Attend industry events and partake in networking opportunities.

·        Special projects and assignments as determined by manager and business needs.


Qualifications

·        5+ years of experience in ABL, commercial lending, and/or factoring.

·        Strong understanding of credit fundamentals, loan monitoring, and modification best practices.

·        Exceptional Excel/modeling/forecasting skills with advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

·        Detail-oriented team player thriving in a fast-paced environment.

·        Self-motivated with a service-oriented personality, multitasking abilities, and an investigative mind.

·        Excellent writing skills and fluency in English.

·        Strong academic background, preferably with an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. MBA, CPA, or CFA charter holder/candidate is a plus.

A base salary is determined by candidate expertise, skill set, and geographic location. Typically, the base salary ranges from $90,000 to $160,000. Employees in eligible positions may receive discretionary incentive compensation based on individual accomplishments and contributions.
