ABOUT THE COMPANY

  • This is a Hybrid position after training
  • The Senior Accountant as a key player in a fast-paced environment with room to work independently
  • Position is downtown with covered and free parking


RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

  • The Senior Accountant will coordinate, prepare, audit, and submit subsidiary tax documents
  • The Senior Accountant will assist with inbound accounting inquiries
  • Support trainings and conduct occasional onsite audit
  • Responsible for submitting all worker's comp and payroll tax filings


EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ROLE:

  • Must have extensive reconciliation experience
  • Experience with performing audits and general accounting acumen
  • Any of the following is a plus but NOT a must for this position:
    • QuickBooks (online or desktop)
    • Non-profit tax filing
    • Worker's compensation
