Position Overview:

We are looking for an extremely detail-oriented Assistant to CEO and Executive Support Specialist with a strong background in accounting procedures and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. This role involves creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, and formulas, managing high-executive clients and their needs, and providing critical support to administrative assistants and the CEO. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to work under pressure, and the versatility to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and update complex Excel spreadsheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
  • Develop and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide comprehensive support to high-executive clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring top-tier service.
  • Assist the CEO and administrative assistants in various tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and special projects.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy in accounting procedures and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with different departments to support company initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a financial, accounting, or analyst role, preferably within a financial advisory or similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to decipher and present complex data.
  • Experience working with high-level executives and clients, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
