Responsibilities:


  • Support development of the pricing and contracting strategy and guidelines for all new customer contracts and product launches.
  • Execute contract strategies for new product or account launches.
  • Monitor contract compliance reporting and accrual management in partnership with finance.
  • Ad hoc pricing analysis and deal structure development.
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross functional team members and customers
  • Support Sales Dept meetings, communications, and key activities.
  • Support customer inquiries related to pricing and contracting details, working closely with legal on finalizing contractual terms and conditions.
  • Leads the analysis of the impact on pricing decisions/ recommendations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business marketing, sales, accounting or finance
  • A minimum of 8 years professional experience in any of the following areas: pricing, contracting, finance, business development, market access, forecasting, portfolio analysis, or related fields.
  • Capital equipment and or healthcare experience preferred
  • A strong level of analytical, quantitative, and qualitative analysis skills
  • Highly proficient in use of software, such as MS Office, Salesforce, SharePoint and ERP system (NetSuite preferred).
