Primary Business Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Manage Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes related to the product
  • Work closely with both business and technical teams to ensure compliant and useable documentation

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience
  • Robust proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) policies and procedures
  • Clear, organized, and concise writer and communicator
  • Innovative, proactive, and self-directed

Preferred Additional Skills

  • Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, Microsoft Office, and Digital SDLC
  • Understands HR processes and operations, systems, data interfaces, and data, especially learning/LMS
  • Familiarity with analytics and related concepts and tools
