Location:

• Hybrid in Charlotte, NC (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the labor relations team during pre-union negotiations and assist post-union negotiations from an HR perspective.
  • Prepare and present multiple scenarios for total rewards packages, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with compensation on bonus payouts and with the benefits team on premium design changes.
  • Act as project manager for union setups, ensuring timely delivery of all related deliverables.
  • Focus on benefits management, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of rewards and vacation policies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in total rewards, benefits, or related HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of benefits structures, including deductibles, out-of-pocket expenses, and benefit package pricing.
  • Proven ability to present polished packages and recommendations to leadership.
  • Solid experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
  • Must have union experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; SAP or SuccessFactors experience is preferred.
