Key responsibilities include:

  • Becoming a subject matter expert on administrative tasks related to aligned accounts
  • Documenting and managing tasks in internal systems
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating shipments from pickup to delivery
  • Resolving shipping issues with professionalism and excellence

What you'll need:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Hall of fame work ethic with excellent attendance
  • Strong verbal communication skills for face-to-face and phone interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
