Customer Service Specialist

About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Total Quality Logistics. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Becoming a subject matter expert on administrative tasks related to aligned accounts
- Documenting and managing tasks in internal systems
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating shipments from pickup to delivery
- Resolving shipping issues with professionalism and excellence
What you'll need:
- 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred)
- Hall of fame work ethic with excellent attendance
- Strong verbal communication skills for face-to-face and phone interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
