The Digital Lab Interactive Visual Aid (IVA) Specialist is a crucial member of the Digital Lab Veeva CLM team, responsible for creating and managing Veeva CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) content, also known as IVAs (Interactive Visual Aids), for Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing teams across the enterprise. This role demands expertise in Veeva CLM development and deployment, as well as proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless creation, deployment, and enhancement of Veeva CLM content, while adhering to regulatory requirements and fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced skills in Veeva CLM development and deployment, alongside proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager, to create and manage Veeva CLM content based on input from marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with internal or external agencies for design updates and enhancements.
  • Initiate the routing process for completed Veeva CLMs through the Material Review Process, ensuring compliance in a highly regulated environment.
  • Develop and maintain an inventory of components and templates, facilitating widespread utilization of successful functionality and layouts across the enterprise.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancements to the Veeva CLM platform to the Veeva CLM product owner, contributing to the platform's enhancement roadmap.
  • Participate in agency feedback sessions to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Foster a positive "all for one" approach to team goals and priorities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Business, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Veeva CRM, specializing in the creation, building, and execution of IVAs.
  • Proficiency in Veeva CLM development and deployment.
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Assets.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing or interactive agencies is advantageous.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities, coupled with a track record of exceeding stakeholder expectations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent client service and project management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not required.
