Role Overview: As a Senior Digital Services Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in acquiring new clients and expanding our influence in the dynamic digital services sector in the US, with a specific emphasis on Digital Engineering, data analytics, customer experience enhancement, ,Integrations and Applications like SAP, Salesforce.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Business Development:

• Lead the identification and cultivation of new business opportunities, emphasizing data-driven solutions.

• Strategically position our advanced digital services, including data analytics, Integrations and Applications like SAP, Salesforce.

2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their data and integration needs.

• Customize digital solutions to enhance customer experience, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.

3. Sales Leadership:

• Deliver impactful sales presentations and meticulously crafted proposals, showcasing the benefits of our data-centric solutions.

• Lead negotiations with precision, focusing on securing high-value contracts for integrated digital services.

4. Market Insight and Forecasting:

• Stay at the forefront of market trends, competitor strategies, and industry dynamics, especially in data analytics and customer experience solutions.

• Provide precise sales forecasts and regular, insightful reporting to our leadership team, incorporating data trends.


5. Collaboration and Innovation:

• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless service delivery, with a focus on integrated solutions.

• Contribute to the continuous innovation of our products and services, incorporating data analytics and enhanced customer experiences.


Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Demonstrable success with 8-10 years in digital IT services sales within the US

• In-depth knowledge of digital solutions, including Digital Engineering, data analytics, customer experience enhancement, Integrations and Applications like SAP, Salesforce.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

• Established network and relationships within the US business community.
