Office Administrator

Job Description:
* Client Support: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, provide prompt and accurate assistance, manage service-related issues, and document feedback.
* Reception & Scheduling: Greet visitors, maintain a welcoming reception area, direct inquiries, and coordinate client meetings, including preparation and follow-ups.
* Administrative Assistance: Support bookkeeping, maintain accurate client records and oversee digital and physical file management for tax preparation.
* HR & Events: Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding, PTO tracking, employee relations, and planning company events.
* Marketing & Vendor Management: Update mailing lists, manage vendor relationships, and ensure office functionality by overseeing supplies and equipment.
* Office Organization: Handle mail distribution, maintain office organization, and update weekly service activity spreadsheets.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 3+ years of administrative work experience is required
* Working experience in the non-profit, accounting, or financial industry is highly preferred
* Proficient in MS Office Suite is required
Additional Info:
* Pay range: $50,000 to $65,000
* Schedule: M-F 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
* Location: In-Office
