HOA Property Manager

This position is for a large HOA property in Union City, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of properties including budget control and maintenance requests. An HOA property manager is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of common areas in a community. Seeking a candidate w HOA knowledge of board regulations and bylaws. HOA property managers may also oversee the community's operations, support the board, and act as a liaison between the management company and the community.


They may also be responsible for:

  • Invoicing and collections
  • Homeowner and board communication
  • Rule enforcement
  • Vendor management
  • Financial management and reporting
  • Board education and assistance
  • Administrative duties - this includes being able to take minutes during a meeting w proper grammar and spelling in English.


Other tasks may include:

  • Conducting regular inspections and documenting the condition of all properties
  • Evaluating the performance and price of vendors
  • Advising the board on various topics
  • Answering and returning phone calls and emails promptly
  • Being professional and friendly with clients and other employees
  • Understanding of legal matters

You will act as the assistant to the property manager and supervise all relevant personnel.
