HOA Office Administration

Cornerstone Staffing is assisting a large Homeowner's Association in seeking an office coordinator/administrator. This person will have computer and typing skills, customer service skills, and be very detail-oriented to coordinate schedules and take meeting notes. HOA experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct office support tasks using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, data entry, and other office equipment and software as may be provided by Employer.
- Calling homeowners in the community
- Facilitate property maintenance with, contacting/ talking to landscapers, arborists, electricians, plumbers, handymen, and other pertinent repair / service / construction professionals
- Manage records and information (digital and hard copies) such as uploading in-bound office correspondence and inputting invoices, etc.
- Assist with escrow analysis
- Take notes, listen to recording, reading others’ notes, and prepare Meeting Minutes
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, copying, mailing, purchasing, researching products / services, etc.) as assigned
**Background and drug screen required prior to start**
Rate: $24-28/DOE
Shift: M-F, 8a-5p ONSITE (no remote options)
