Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with Windows desktops and related components

  • Previous experience with Windows 10 and 11 on laptops and desktops

  • Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and OS

  • Basic understanding of networks

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Able to work in a high pressure environment and support end users in an enterprise environment

  • Understanding of how to work under an SLA

  • ServiceNow and JIRA ticketing experience is a plus
