Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Inside Sales Manager at Blaine Labs located in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, account management, training and supervising inside salespeople, and customer satisfaction. This role will also involve sales activities to promote and sell our range of products.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Build & expand a successful and progressive sales team.
  • Contact potential and active clients through phone calls, emails, mailings, and beyond.
  • Develops/establish budgets and sales forecast with management and ensures these are achieved.
  • Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training, and methodologies to ensure sales program's success across teams and departments throughout the company. 
  • Serve with other departmental managers to facilitate relationships among members of various departments and locations to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
  • Identify revenue programs and facilitate finance and sales practices.
  • Oversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives, and communications for the assigned team.
  • Participate in client interactions to ensure cross-training, customer satisfaction and management involvement regularly.
  • Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.
  • May be required to travel and assist with trade shows, conferences, or seminars to promote Blaine Labs products and expand the company’s network. 

This position manages all employees in the Sales Department and is responsible for the management, performance, and growth for this department.


Work Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience in related field
  • 3-5 years of managing an inside sales team
  • Past experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Experience with CRM HubSpot is a plus


Compensation

$80,000 annual salary + commissions (no cap on commissions)
