- High volume outbound/inbound calls throughout the day
- Reach out to prospective clients, providing a clear presentation of the Company’s services and how we can resolve their tax issues.
- Fast-paced, high volume work environment.

Our **Inside Sales Teams** are provided with **exclusive, quality leads, derived from our own branded online and radio advertisements**, receive inbound calls from prospective clients and internet inquiries (generated from our website), directly from individuals seeking tax assistance and financial counseling. We **DO NOT** buy leads from lead providers or third parties.
- ** Base ($16.00/hour) + Uncapped Commission**:

- ** Yearly range: $80k
- $150k+/year**:

- ** Inbound Quality Calls via In-House Marketing**:

- ** ALL warm leads, NO COLD CALLING**:

- ** Start earning commission while still in training (we don't hold your hard earned $$ back)**

**What skills you will bring**:

- 2 years of recent sales experience: Inside Sales/Phone Sales **(no tax experience required)**:

- Ability to follow a script.
- Outstanding Telephone Etiquette skills
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Superior Time Management
