As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be a pivotal player in driving growth across our portfolio of nine industry-leading ASSA ABLOY Access Egress Hardware and High Security brands. Collaborating closely with seasoned Brand Marketing Managers, you will own a wide range of digital initiatives, from crafting compelling demand generation campaigns to optimizing SEO in order to enhance our website user experiences. This role will also encompass extracting actionable insights from marketing data.

This role requires full-time onsite presence in either our Berlin or New Haven office.

What you will be doing 

  • Spearhead the launch, maintenance, and optimization of impactful advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Work closely with the demand development team to continually refine and optimize campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with performance metrics and business goals.
  • Provide insightful feedback to brand marketing and creative teams, fostering the creation of compelling advertising content that resonates with our target audiences.
  • Oversee the digital marketing calendar, ensuring timely updates related to promotions, launches, and key placements across diverse channels.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communications Managers to assess digital advertising needs for each brand and execute tailored strategies.
  • Ensure the seamless routing of lead submission data, establishing and maintaining data connections with third-party vendors to optimize lead management processes.
  • Conduct in-depth SEO keyword research, monitor search engine rankings, and provide actionable insights to drive improvements in organic search performance.
  • Evaluate and enhance the user journey across multiple brand websites, implementing key improvements to deliver “best-in-class” online experiences.
  • Support the development of digital tools that integrate with our websites, campaigns, and broader online presence to enhance user engagement and experience.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, continuously adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape.
     

What we are looking for
 

  • Must hold a minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a hunger to grow
  • Should hold a minimum of 3+ years of work experience with Google Analytics platform.
  • Must be well versed in placing ads on major digital advertising platforms such as, Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Lead as a Project Manager overseeing multiple deliverables requiring exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:
 

  • Familiarity with Project Management tools such as Asana.
  • Familiarity with Technical SEO, including site structure optimization, crawling, indexing, and understanding of the technical elements that can affect search visibility.
  • Experience with dashboarding solutions like Looker or Microsoft Business Intelligence.
