Position Overview:
Our client, a leading technology firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to contribute to their marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Senior Vice President of Marketing and external agencies to create and oversee targeted marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Develop a variety of marketing materials including presentations, videos, blog articles, emails, and newsletters to support all marketing efforts.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring all elements are aligned with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate with the creative team for the production and distribution of marketing collateral and campaign assets.
  • Manage data accuracy and functionality; create and implement email marketing campaigns using Pardot.
  • Serve as the point of contact for media partners, addressing requests for both print and digital content.
  • Analyze reports from agencies, website analytics, and SEO performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally with a degree in marketing or business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously with meticulous attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI tools for enhanced productivity.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, digital content creation, and email marketing strategies.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and reporting from various sources.
  • Experience with WordPress, Salesforce, and Pardot is advantageous.
