Overview:
Our client, a technology firm, is seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to support their marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Senior Vice President of Marketing and external agencies to create and oversee targeted marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and nurturing.
  • Produce and curate a variety of marketing materials including presentations, videos, blog content, emails, and newsletters to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring all elements are cohesive and effective.
  • Coordinate with the creative team for the branding, development, editing, and distribution of marketing collateral and campaign assets.
  • Manage data accuracy and functionality; develop and implement email marketing campaigns using Pardot.
  • Serve as the point of contact for media partners, addressing requests for both print and digital content.
  • Analyze reports from agencies, website analytics, and SEO data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally with a degree in marketing or business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills, along with strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously with meticulous attention to detail; proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with AI tools for efficiency.
  • Solid understanding of web design technologies, digital content strategies, and email marketing practices.
  • Comfortable performing data analysis using various reporting tools.
  • Experience with WordPress, Salesforce, and Pardot is advantageous.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and AdWords is desired.
