Outcomes

  1. Manage of all stages of company's interview processes with minimal oversight
    • Coordinate with HR Director
    • Schedule interviews for candidates and recruiting team
    • Maintain candidate tracking tools for campaigns daily
    • Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates
    • Adhere to company recruiting processes
  2. Consistently collaborate and communicate with HR Director to understand company's processes and campaign initiatives in order to meet hiring targets as requested by Leadership Team aligning with company strategy and department demands
  3. Manage and maintain talent pools by routinely communicating with potential qualified candidates using tracking tools and company systems.
  4. Manage applicants sourced through various methods including advertising, career fairs, ATS, Handshake, and other online platforms
  5. Support in the coordination of recruiting events such as information sessions and career fairs with sourcing resources college career centers, engineering clubs (e.g., AichE).
  6. Efficiently use tools and processes to assure the candidate is provided a positive experience and recruiting assignments are accurate. Success in this area can be measured by Glassdoor results and staff feedback.
