Our Information Technology department is critical in supporting the operations and administration that makes it all possible. Here at EHP you will have the opportunity to get hands on experience working on a broad range of technology products. 

In this role you will:

●       Provide support to all PC users, investigating and resolving software and hardware problems, implementing installations of PC’s, peripherals or other               hardware and software on the network and internet. 

●       Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, and printing problems, providing a high level of support to users.

●       Creates, tests, and manages PC and Router images with standard configurations for more efficient deployment.

●       User administration for Google Apps, network access, phone, voicemail and group policy management.

●       Server management for Policy controls, Proxy, Virus protection, Windows Update Service, Inmotion Routers and Door Access control.

●       Network management of Firewall and wireless network.

●       Monitor and receive server/network alerts and be available for on-call as needed.

●       Manages and responds to internal Help Desk requests; troubleshoots and provides problem resolution. Escalate issues to appropriate team members             as necessary.

●       Documents and follows written procedures.

●       Provides after hours support on a rotating schedule. #CB

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Information Services, Technology, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in PC installation and troubleshooting.

  • Experience working with the following operating systems and software programs – Windows Server, Linux, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Server Administration and diagnostics.

  • Ability to perform basic diagnosing of Server/desktop/laptop/network hardware and software problems.

  • Must be a self-starter and motivated to solve problems.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated writing ability, including procedures and technical documentation.

  • Physically capable of meeting job requirements including bending, crouching, kneeling and crawling under desks, in vehicles, and in other areas to install/maintain computer equipment.

  • Must be able to lift and carry computer components from 5 to 75 pounds.

  • Possession of valid motor vehicle operator's license with satisfactory driving record and personal transportation.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%

  • Ability to pass a company-sponsored background check, drug screen, and physical.

  • Drug and alcohol free per company policy.
