Pay range: $29/hr - $31/hr
Job Description:
Provides essential administrative support to the VP of Human Resources, VP of Real Estate, VP of Marketing, and AVP of Finance. Collaborates with the Executive Assistant for the General Manager and contributes to the client by maintaining efficient administrative and communication processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel & Meetings: Arrange travel and meetings, including logistics and expense reporting.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars and schedule meetings proactively.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with key personnel.
- HR Support: Answer basic HR questions, assist with forms, and track recruiting progress.
- Office Efficiency: Oversee office supplies, maintenance, IT support, and equipment.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle department mail, coordinate HR paperwork, and assist with onboarding new associates.
- Communication: Compose correspondence and communicate professionally with internal and external contacts.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience & Education:
- 5 years of experience in brand management or trade marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience with luxury brands (fashion, eyewear, cosmetics) preferred.
