Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join our team in this exciting role. As an Associate Brand Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Brand Manager in key aspects of the KIND business across all product lines. This includes brand planning, business performance analysis, assortment and portfolio strategy, and additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Brand Manager in delivering 2026 brand planning, utilizing market data to back up assumptions.
  • Assist in marketing inputs for annual brand planning and five-year long-term planning processes.
  • Partner with the Brand Manager to deliver monthly data reporting to leadership, understanding key drivers of the business to influence strategic decision making.
  • Own brand-specific performance analyses to report out monthly, with the opportunity to present findings to the KIND Leadership Team, including the CMO.
  • Develop key messages on business performance to get cascaded up to the Leadership Team.
  • Assist in the creation of the monthly business reporting model.
  • Create a future consumption forecast model to be used across the business.
  • Utilize key data to make portfolio recommendations to the Brand Manager.
  • Create a database of all SKUs to evaluate recommendations for discontinuations.
  • Partner with the Brand Manager and cross-functional team to create a roadmap for implementation of new price/pack architecture.
