Salary: $37.62 - $75.21 per hour ($46,375 to $139,052 per year) + Benefits + Joining Bonus.
Position Overview:
Join Kadlec Regional Medical Center as a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgical, located on 3OP. This role is open to any level of RN, including Residents. Providence is offering up to a $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital surgical experience and up to a $9,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital surgical experience who meet all conditions for payment.
Shifts Available:
- 72 hours per pay period/Variable Shift/12-hour work schedule
- 48 hours per pay period/Variable Shift/12-hour work schedule
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire. Card must be from the following authorized governing bodies:
- American Heart Association (AHA) - (BLS Provider)
- American Red Cross (ARC) - (BLS for Health Care Provider)
- Military Training Network (MTN) – (BLS Provider) upon hire
Experience Required:
- For Staff RN: 1 year of Nursing experience.
- For Fellow RN: 1 year of Nursing experience but new to the specialty of hire.
- For Resident RN: Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
