About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a Staff Nurse on our 4OP Medical Surgical unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician or nurse manager.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical surgical setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
