Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician or nurse manager.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical surgical setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
