Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Surgical Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a Surgical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during the intraoperative phase of surgery and endoscopic procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during the perioperative phase.
- Coordinate total patient care in collaboration with other healthcare team members.
- Function as a patient advocate, utilizing the patient's rights to ensure their needs are met.
- Assist in providing direction to support staff.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
