About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Unit team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical setting.
