About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Unit team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a surgical setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • National Certification in a relevant specialty.
