Senior Executive Assistant
The Role

The Senior Executive Assistant may be the role for you This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who has a passion to learn and pitch in wherever needed. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, resourcefulness, and an ability to support and juggle the needs of three senior Compliance leaders.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 5+ years administrative experience supporting leaders at multifaceted levels of an organization
- Bachelor s degree preferred but not required
- Effective time management skills, with ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously, reacting and thinking quickly while cutting through ambiguity
- Professional maturity and ability to efficiently work with all levels of management
- Strong Microsoft Office software experience and an aptitude to learn new technology quickly
- Unrivaled attention to detail and consistent delivery of the highest quality of work
- Strong collaboration skills and desire to work with a diverse, high performing team
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
The Value You Deliver
- Assist three Compliance leaders with daily schedules, calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses
- Update organizational headcount charts, performance scorecards, budgets, and other materials
- Create and update Microsoft Office suite of documents (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Coordinate meetings internally and externally, prepare agendas, and meeting facilities
- Provide support for onsite visits and events
- Perform ad hoc projects
